The Zhuang are the Largest Ethnic Mnority in China

The Zhuang are the largest ethnic minority in China. Most of them live by farming in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in southern China. They are thought to be descendents of "Liujiang Man," who lived over 50,000 years ago. The Zhuang have their own spoken and written language, but they mainly use the Han language.

Zhuang drama and brocade are outstanding features of the culture of this nationality, in addition to its rich folk literature and traditional songs and dances.
