Pumpkin
It is very important to present the pumpkin in proper perspective. The lines showing its structure help to bring out the feel of its mass. Use light ink dots to set off its tactile value. The dots should not be evenly added. The colour should not be applied flatly. Leave the highlight spots unpainted.
Grapes
To paint grapes you may use green or purple. Circle each grape with one touch. Attention must be paid to the spatial relationship between clusters. Add a dot to the outer side of each grape to display its direction.
Tomato
Tomatoes can be outlined or depicted with broad strokes, which must be applied in keeping with the structure of the fruit.
Pear, apple
Pears and apples can be outlined before colours are added. The stroke to display the stalk must be forceful.
