The Ice and Snow Festival Beginning on January 5th every year, the Ice and Snow Festival held in Harbin will continue up to the middle ten-day of February. A great variety of interesting programs, such as the ice and snow wonderland, are open to the public on the Songhuajiang River, where you can appreciate the magnificent exhibition of ice-lanterns and ice sculptures. Besides, in addition to many winter sports, such as skating, horse and dog sleds, ice slides and winter swimming, you could also enjoy maw interesting stage performances.
