Chinese Tea
Yellow Tea
This tea gets the distinctive yellow color of both its leaves and the liquid it produces from the unique processing step of piling the leaves thickly for a certain period in order to force a yellow color on them. The tea gives out a pleasant refreshing aroma, and has a mellow and thick flavor. By size and degree of tenderness of the buds or leaves used as raw material, the tea is usually sorted into "yellow bud," "small yellow tea,"or "big yellow tea."
