Oolong Tea
A semi-fermented tea something halfway between unfermented green tea and fully fermented red tea, oolong tea is Sometimes referred to by the Chinese as 〞qing cha," or green tea, because of its greenish-brown hue. This tea is mainly produced in three provinces: Fujian, Guangdong and Taiwan. A typical oolong tea leaf is green in the middle and red on the edges, and so Chinese people often describe it as a "green leaf with a red rim." Steeping oolong tea yields a golden bright liquid that has a me/low flavor and a long aftertaste.
